Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Ubisoft Blue Byte. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical support to our employees, ensuring that our IT infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site and remote technical support to employees
  • Manage incidents and requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Ensure that our IT infrastructure is secure and up-to-date
  • Provision and maintain employee work environments
  • Interact with external vendors to resolve technical issues
  • Support employees during equipment moves and events
  • Maintain accurate IT asset inventory
  • Develop and update technical documentation

Requirements

  • Relevant education in Information Technology or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in technical support to end users
  • Expertise in PC and laptop support and latest hardware news
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft operating systems
  • Good knowledge of networking and cabling
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
  • Good English skills (spoken and written)
  • Great sense of customer service
