* Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung sowie ausgezeichnete akademische und schulische Leistungen
* Exzellente verbale und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
* Stressresistenz, Belastbarkeit und eine selbstständige, proaktive Arbeitsweise
* Projektmanagement-Skills und eine strukturierte Vorgehensweise
