About the Role

1WorldSync GmbH, a leading provider of product content management solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team in Cologne, Germany.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive business growth by executing new meeting and pipeline goals, analyzing top-of-the-funnel metrics, and conducting outreach via email and phone calls.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product Marketing, to develop and execute sales development campaigns.
  • Research accounts, identify key decision-makers, and conduct high-level conversations to develop a strong pipeline of meetings for our quota-carrying representatives.
  • Consistently achieve qualified meeting goals to ensure company revenue objectives are met.
  • Maintain accurate lead and prospect information in our CRM system.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Professional experience as a BDR or in a comparable position.
  • Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills, with the ability to segment our prospect and customer base to identify targets.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • A strong sense of ownership, accountability, pride, and passion for work.
  • A reputation for being collaborative, innovative, accountable, and reliable within cross-functional teams.
