Business Development Representative at ParentPay Deutschland

ParentPay Deutschland is a prominent player in the EdTech sector, dedicated to facilitating cashless transactions within educational institutions. With a robust presence in the market, we are committed to enhancing the payment experience for schools and parents alike.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Generation: Drive consistent revenue growth by securing new clients within your designated territory.
  • Client Acquisition: Oversee your own portfolio of clients and devise effective strategies to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Cross-Selling & Upselling: Discover additional revenue streams within our existing client base.
  • Lead Qualification: Skillfully assess leads to concentrate on the most promising prospects.
  • Product Showcases: Present the essential features of our software solutions to potential clients.
  • Project Coordination: Assist prospective clients throughout the evaluation phase, illustrating the financial advantages of our offerings.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with the Inside Sales Team and other internal resources to enhance lead generation efforts.
  • Data Management: Keep CRM records up to date, provide accurate forecasts, and utilize data-driven insights to manage your sales funnel effectively.

Your Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B or B2G sales, particularly in new business development.
  • Background in Payment Solutions, Point of Sale Systems, Catering, Business Process Outsourcing, Software/SaaS, or the Public Sector is advantageous.
  • A blend of a proactive sales approach and a consultative mindset.
  • Self-driven, with a strong ability to work remotely and excellent communication skills.
  • Fluency in German and conversational proficiency in English.
  • Located in Germany, preferably in metropolitan areas.
  • Experienced in managing CRM systems and maintaining a sales pipeline.
