Business Development Manager EAST-Europe

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at ORAFOL Europe GmbH. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and expansion in the Eastern European region.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share in the Eastern European region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with our R&D team to initiate and coordinate product and material release projects that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
- Contribute to the development of our product range by identifying market trends and customer needs.
- Create sales concepts and identify new market potentials and business opportunities.
- Perform continuous business analysis of customers and competitors to stay ahead of the market.
- Develop and deliver presentations and product trainings to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Represent ORAFOL at trade fairs and participate in industry events to build brand awareness and drive business growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the technical products industry.
- Strong technical understanding and knowledge of the reflective solutions market.
- Fluency in English, with additional languages a plus.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 2-3 days per week.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build relationships and negotiate with customers and stakeholders.
- High level of initiative, flexibility, and self-motivation, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
