About ORAFOL Europe GmbH

We are a leading provider of reflective solutions, and we are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Business Development Manager EAST-Europe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow our business in the EAST-Europe region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Initiate and coordinate product and material release projects with our R&D team and customer contacts.
  • Contribute to the development of our product range and identify new market opportunities.
  • Create sales concepts and analyze business opportunities.
  • Perform business analysis of customers and competitors.
  • Develop and deliver presentations and product trainings.
  • Represent ORAFOL Europe GmbH at trade fairs and events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience in sales of technical products.
  • Strong technical understanding and knowledge of the reflective solutions industry.
  • Fluency in English, with additional languages a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel 2-3 days per week.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong service mentality.
  • High degree of initiative, flexibility, and self-organization.
