Für unseren Kunden zk professionals GmbH suchen wir eine/n Client Support Coordinator (m/w/d) für eine spannende Position im Bereich Kundenbetreuung.

Das sind Ihre Aufgaben
  • Vorbereitung und Organisation von Kundenbüros sowie Besprechungsräumen
  • Empfang und Einführung der Kunden
  • Regelmäßige Informationsversendung an Kunden
  • Pflege der Kundendaten im internen System
  • Organisation von Kundentransporten auf Anfrage
  • Verwaltung interner Fahrzeugverleih an Kunden
  • Bearbeitung von Falschparkern und Bußgeldbescheiden
  • Unterstützung im finalen Auslieferungsprozess
  • Diverse Assistenzaufgaben in Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Partnern
Das bringen Sie mit
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Mindestens zwei Jahre Erfahrung im Kundenservice und Assistenzbereich
  • Ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Zwei-Schicht-System
