POSITION OVERVIEW:

As a Client Services Coordinator at expertum GmbH, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. Our organization is dedicated to bridging the gap between qualified candidates and esteemed employers, and your contributions will be essential in achieving this mission.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Preparation and arrangement of client offices and meeting spaces for appointments.
  • Welcoming and orienting clients upon their arrival.
  • Regularly dispatching informational emails to clients.
  • Maintaining and updating client data within our internal systems.
  • Coordinating client transportation requests through our hotline (via phone, email, or in-person).
  • Managing the rental of internal vehicles for client use (Carpool Management).
  • Addressing issues related to unauthorized parking or fines (data management).
  • Assisting in the final delivery phase of products.
  • Performing various administrative tasks in collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Completed vocational training in a commercial field or a degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Management, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in customer service or administrative support.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Willingness to work in a two-shift system and be on-call two Saturdays a month.
  • Valid driver's license (Class B/3).
  • Fluent in both German and English, with strong communication skills, particularly in an international context.
