Ihre zukünftige Arbeitsstelle:

In der Position des Client Delivery Coordinators sind Sie für die Unterstützung der Kunden am Standort verantwortlich.

Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Vorbereitung und Einrichtung von Kundenbüros sowie Besprechungsräumen für Meetings.
  • Begrüßung und Einführung der Kunden im Empfangsbereich.
  • Regelmäßige Kommunikation mit Kunden durch Informationsversand.
  • Pflege der Kundendaten in internen Systemen.
  • Organisation von Kundentransporten auf Anfrage über verschiedene Kommunikationskanäle.
  • Verwaltung interner Fahrzeugverleihsysteme für Kunden.
  • Bearbeitung von Parkverstößen und Bußgeldbescheiden.
  • Unterstützung im finalen Auslieferungsprozess.
  • Diverse Assistenzaufgaben in Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Partnern.
Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Berufserfahrung im Kundenservice sowie in administrativen Tätigkeiten.
  • Führerschein der Klasse B.
  • Kenntnisse in Google Workspace.
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
