Client Support Administrator

Full-time

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist a dedicated team in system operations, development, and customer support (Second Level Support).
  • Collaborate with the team on various tasks utilizing modern tools.
  • Focus on administration tools or receive support to become a specialist.
Qualifications:
  • Completed vocational training as a Specialist in Computer Science or equivalent qualification.
  • Proficient in Windows client architecture.
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows 10 and 11, Office 365, Microsoft SCCM / MECM, VB script programming, PowerShell/.Net programming, Client Security Analysis, and Group Policy Management (GPO).
  • Background in the design, implementation, and operation of an Enterprise Client Infrastructure.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and self-development.
  • High level of dedication, motivation, reliability, and attention to detail.
  • Enjoy working collaboratively with others and possess strong communication skills in both German and English.
