Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist a dynamic team in system operations, development, and customer support (Second Level Support).
  • Collaborate with team members on various tasks utilizing modern tools.
  • Focus on administration tools or receive support to become a specialist in this area.
Qualifications:
  • Completed vocational training as a Specialist in Computer Science or an equivalent qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows client architecture.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows 10 and 11, Office 365, Microsoft SCCM / MECM, VB script programming, PowerShell/.Net programming, Client Security Analysis, and Group Policy Management (GPO).
  • Experience in designing, implementing, and managing an Enterprise Client Infrastructure.
  • Eagerness to continuously learn and develop professionally.
  • High levels of commitment, motivation, reliability, and attention to detail.
  • Enjoyment in working collaboratively with others, possessing good communication skills in both German and English.
