Position Overview:

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be pivotal in our support initiatives by delivering global customer assistance, training, and refining our existing support framework. Your contribution is essential in shaping our company’s narrative by ensuring our clients receive exceptional support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Global Customer Assistance: Offer professional and responsive support to our international clientele, addressing technical inquiries, resolving issues, and providing comprehensive application assistance.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify, analyze, and resolve technical challenges associated with our medical device software.
  • System Improvement: Lead efforts to enhance our current support system, contributing innovative ideas and implementing improvements to boost functionality and user experience.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Management: Develop and maintain support documentation to effectively address customer inquiries and promote knowledge sharing.
  • Training: Facilitate training sessions for clients and internal teams to ensure a thorough understanding of the product application.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and communicate relevant insights to development and product teams for ongoing software enhancement.

Qualifications:

  • Completed education in engineering, business, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with medical devices is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for customer interaction.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively in an interdisciplinary environment.
  • Fluency in both German and English, spoken and written, is essential.
