About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled German Market Sales Lead to join our team at SAM International GmbH.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to maximize revenue and profitability in the German market.
  • Manage customer relationships, including budgeting and reporting.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver effective sales initiatives.
Requirements
  • University degree or comparable commercial education.
  • 4+ years' sales experience within A-brands.
  • Proven track record managing retailers and excellent knowledge of the retail scene.
  • Budget and reporting skills.
  • Proficient on MS Office tools.
  • Native German speaker and fluent in English.

The estimated salary for this role is €80,000 - €110,000 per annum, depending on experience. The position offers a competitive compensation package, opportunities for growth and development, and the chance to work with a fast-growing company.
