Your Area of Activity:

  • Customer care and consulting for existing contacts with craftsmen, authorities, and commercial customers
  • Calculation and preparation of offers
  • Order negotiations and order processing with subsequent customer care
  • Maintenance and expansion of existing customer potential
  • Support for the sales team
What You Bring:

  • A commercial education, preferably in the SHK field, with tools or electrical engineering (merchant in wholesale and foreign trade)
  • Or a technical education in the SHK trade (craftsman, technician, master) with sales experience or strong sales affinity
  • Industry knowledge is required
  • You are communicative and service-oriented in dealing with SHK customers
  • Confidence in handling MS Office, SAP knowledge is an advantage
