Regional Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while managing significant accounts within the German market;
- Work closely with Procurement and R&D departments to establish product specifications;
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure prompt project launches;
- Execute business strategies, perform market research, and manage sales projections;
- Facilitate cross-selling initiatives across various business units;
- In-depth knowledge of EC Fans, Industrial HVAC, and ventilation systems;
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related discipline;
- A minimum of 3 years of international sales experience;
- Demonstrated success in managing key accounts;
- Ability to articulate technical information effectively to clients and team members;
- Self-driven, results-oriented, with strong analytical capabilities;
- Proficiency in English and German, with a readiness to travel;
