Business Development Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at Delta Electronics EMEA. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic plans to increase sales revenue in the assigned automotive accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business strategies to accelerate sales growth in key automotive Tier-1 and/or OEM accounts.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for commercial activities and coordinate technical, logistical, and quality-related discussions with key stakeholders.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with German customers, Business Units, and factories in Asia.
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to understand market trends and implement strategic actions to strengthen the company's competitive position in the German market.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and product roadmap update meetings with existing customers.
  • Identify key contact opportunities and set up product introduction meetings with prospect customers.
  • Provide sales activity and revenue projections to EMEA and Business Unit Management on a regular basis.
  • Support cross-Business Group/Business Unit accounts and conduct cross-selling activities.

Requirements

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field to power electronics.
  • Minimum 3 years of successful key account management experience in automotive component business.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in an international business environment.
  • Strong ability to handle commercial and technical discussions.
  • Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Great capability to organize and prioritize multiple accounts/tasks.
  • Independent and highly self-driven personality with respect for schedules and timelines.
  • Open-minded, flexible, and extroverted.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and German. Knowledge of Chinese (Mandarin) is a plus.
  • EU citizenship or permanent resident permit in Germany.
  • In possession of a driver's license, frequent travel in Europe (~30%) and occasional trips to Asia required.
