Sales Support Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Working Student to support our Sales team in various administrative tasks and sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Research and identify potential customers, contact potential customers, and qualify leads.
- Acquisition: Create proposals, present products and services, and negotiate contracts.
- Customer Care: Support existing customers, answer questions, and solve problems.
- Marketing Support: Create marketing materials, conduct market research, and participate in trade shows and events.
Administrative Tasks:
- Data Maintenance: Update customer databases and maintain CRM systems.
- Scheduling: Schedule appointments with customers and sales representatives, and organize meetings.
- Reporting: Create sales reports and analyze sales figures.
Requirements:
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences.
- Language skills: fluent in English, German as a plus.

This is a SAP global, strategic, paid working student position that provides students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers.
What You'll Do:
As a Working Student in Sales for SAP New Customer Sales, you will help to further develop SAP's sales in line with our 'Cloud First' strategy. Our goal is to expand the SAP footprint with companies in the industry that are categorized as growth customers. You will work in our SAP sales team as a fully integrated team member and support your colleagues primarily with internal processes, e.g., for preparing quotations. This also includes customer research activities and helps our Account Managers to address customers in a more targeted manner.
