Digital Sales Specialist for Midmarket Transformation

We are seeking a talented Digital Sales Specialist to join our team and drive transformation in the midmarket sector. In this role, you will be working closely with our digital sales development specialists and a team of digital-native talents.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in digital sales and drive growth in SAP's midmarket business. You will be responsible for co-designing and executing proactive outbound campaigns to new customers, as well as following up on incoming leads to nurture and convert them into high-quality sales opportunities.

You will also have the chance to apply new digital sales methods, such as digital prospecting, video communication, and social listening & selling, to generate interest and qualify customer requirements. Additionally, you will align with sales teams and pass qualified opportunities to sales to drive the sales process to contract closing.

Your Skills and Qualifications
  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, marketing, or a customer-facing internship that includes digital & social selling
  • First experiences and interest in using digital technologies and methods, such as video creation, AI, storytelling, blogging, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
  • Built-up customer relationships via own social media activities and ambition to develop yourself into a trusted advisor
  • Interest in customers' digital transformation challenges and help them innovate in an ever-changing world
  • Strong teamwork and ability to learn in a dynamic and performance-oriented environment
  • Bachelor equivalent mandatory, preferably in Business, Marketing, or IT-related discipline, Master equivalent preferable
  • Native German speaker mandatory, fluent English skills

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is around €60,000 - €80,000, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a range of benefits, including flexible working hours, professional development opportunities, and a comprehensive compensation package.
