About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sustainability Support Specialist to join our Global Corporate Sustainability Team at SAP. As a key member of our team, you will provide critical support to our Chief Sustainability Officer and contribute to the development and implementation of our sustainability strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Chief Sustainability Officer with various tasks, including preparing customer meetings, speaking opportunities, and internal meetings.
  • Conduct research on trending sustainability studies, reports, and thought leadership content, and draft commentary posts.
  • Create social media posts on demand based on briefings from the team, promoting sustainability news and achievements, and endorsing partnerships.
  • Be an active part of SAP's global corporate sustainability team, collaborating with internal lines of business to embed sustainability further into our strategy, products, policies, processes, and practices.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled student at a university or university of applied sciences, preferably in business administration, communication studies, CSR/sustainability management, or related fields.
  • Excellent English and German language skills, written and spoken.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint.
  • Ability to break down complex topics for various target groups and stakeholders.
  • Passion for sustainability, team player attitude, organized, and structured way of working.
