We are on the lookout for a Key Account Manager - DACH to enhance customer satisfaction, drive revenue growth, and facilitate expansion in the DACH & EU markets.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Duties:

  • Deliver exceptional client support to cultivate enduring relationships and promote platform adoption.
  • Spot revenue potential to accelerate growth and introduce new income streams.
  • Guarantee client campaign effectiveness through clear execution and superior service.
  • Formulate marketing initiatives by collecting insights from businesses and refining onboarding procedures.
  • Establish connections and negotiate business agreements to foster account development.
  • Collaborate with various teams to improve customer interaction and influence product enhancements.
  • Promote and cross-sell campaigns and offerings to amplify revenue growth.
Qualifications

Essential Skills:

  • Proactive attitude and dedicated work ethic.
  • Comprehension of client requirements and background in digital advertising.
  • 1-3 years of experience in client relationship management.
  • Demonstrated capability to forge trustworthy relationships and expand multiple accounts.
  • Consultative mindset with outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Fluency in German and proficiency in English is mandatory.
