Wir suchen einen motivierten und engagierten Compensation & Benefits Manager, der unsere Vergütungs- und Benefitslandschaft weiterentwickelt und uns dabei hilft, die Zukunft zu gestalten.

Deine Aufgaben:
  • Du entwickelst und implementierst nationale und internationale Vergütungskonzepte für alle Mitarbeitergruppen und Unternehmensbereiche.
  • Du koordinierst Vergütungsprozesse und berätst HR und Führungskräfte adressatengerecht.
  • Du führst Stellenbewertungen und -analysen durch und vertrittst diese überzeugend gegenüber dem oberen Management.
  • Du erstellst Marktvergleiche und -analysen, Reportings und fundierte Handlungsempfehlungen.
Dein Profil:
  • Du verfügst über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Hochschulstudium mit Schwerpunkt HR oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Du bringst mindestens 3 Jahre fundierte, praktische Berufserfahrungen im Bereich Compensation & Benefits in einem international agierenden Unternehmen oder in der Beratung mit.
  • Du verfügst über theoretische und praktische Kenntnisse von Projektmanagementmethoden und kannst diese sicher anwenden.
  • Du hast überdurchschnittliche analytische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie gute Präsentationskenntnisse.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab.
