We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our Group HR Function at Bauer Media Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in designing and deploying the compensation and benefits strategy across our global organization.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Design and develop global and local total rewards programs that align with our business objectives
  • Collaborate with colleagues from various Bauer locations to implement job architecture and salary structures
  • Deliver benchmarks and create pay-bands to ensure fair and competitive compensation practices
  • Conduct salary surveys, report on market trends, and provide insights to inform compensation decisions
  • Support annual salary and performance reviews to ensure alignment with business goals

**Requirements**

  • Minimum two years of experience in compensation and benefits with a focus on global organizations
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in benchmarking and salary review
  • Proficiency in SAP and SuccessFactors is an advantage, but not required
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English and German
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
