About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Representative to join our team at ACO GmbH. As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing new business opportunities in the Galabau sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, planners, and processors to promote our premium products
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development, ideally in the construction or related industries
- Strong understanding of the Galabau sector and its trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of initiative and determination
- Technical understanding and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions
