About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Representative to join our team at ACO GmbH. As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing new business opportunities in the Galabau sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, planners, and processors to promote our premium products
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, ideally in the construction or related industries
  • Strong understanding of the Galabau sector and its trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of initiative and determination
  • Technical understanding and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions
