About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our B2C Sales Team at IU Internationale Hochschule. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at potential customer organizations
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales campaigns
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven sales experience in a business-to-consumer (B2C) environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
