Job Title: Operations Manager German Branch

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering operational support to all projects within O2 Germany and its stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure operational support across the entire program.
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor program performance and compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the reinsurer and O2 Germany to manage and monitor claims management, severity, frequency, and complaints.
  • Develop and produce regular and ad-hoc management information on operational performance.
  • Produce business cases to propose solutions to address and/or improve program performance.
  • Manage monthly meetings and follow up on agreed points.
  • Monitor and manage third-party suppliers, including Call Centres and claims fulfilling companies.
  • Identify operational problems and suggest improvements to processes.
  • Work closely with stakeholders, the General Representative, and lawyers on regulatory and legal matters.

Requirements:

  • Business degree or similar.
  • German native, English fluent, ideally Spanish.
  • MS Office skills, insurance, and process knowledge.
  • Approximately 4 years of experience in insurance and/or retail insurance/finance.
  • Experience in managing new projects and affiliate products.
