Operations Team Member

We are seeking a skilled Operations Coordinator to strengthen our operations team in the Munich area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing operational matters, supervising locations, supporting the fleet, and serving as a liaison between suppliers and our company. If you have experience in office or facilities coordination and possess technical skills, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilities operation service provider
  • Practical site-, workshop-, and fleet-management
  • Organization and support of all administrative management processes
  • Coordination of teams, suppliers, and technicians: Central point of contact for cross-company departments and functions
  • Take part where needed in the technical site maintenance
  • Proactive involvement in optimizing operational processes and increasing cost efficiency
  • Procurement of goods and services
  • Supplier search, obtaining quotes, budget monitoring, order placement, and delivery tracking
  • The job may require occasional travel and visits to other locations in Germany

Requirements

  • Passion for excellent Service
  • Professional experience in office or facilities coordination
  • Technical skills, electrician or mechanical, handiman
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Fluent in English, spoken and written
  • Fluent/native in German, spoken and written
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Knowledge of project management is an advantage
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite
