The EU Credit Business Operations team at Amazon EU SARL (Germany Branch) is responsible for ensuring the best customer experience when using credit payment products. We are seeking a hands-on, multi-talented Program Manager to join our team.

As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing both 'run-the-business' tasks and existing programs, projects, and delivering strategic business goals. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive improvements and ensure scalability of the business.

Key responsibilities include facilitating relationships with third-party partners and internal customers, driving projects to improve customer pain points, identifying operational gaps, and resolving customer-impacting issues.

We are looking for a candidate with experience in program or project management, using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements. Fluency in English and German (C1) is required.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in program or project management
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
  • Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
  • Fluent level of English and German language (C1)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or related field
  • Experience leading process improvements
  • Experience in complex problem-solving and working in a tight schedule environment
  • Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
