Global CRM Key User

As a key player in the filtration industry, MANN+HUMMEL GmbH is seeking a highly skilled Global CRM Key User to join our team. This role will be responsible for implementing standardized and efficient Sales and Marketing & Customer Service processes in our CRM platform, aligned with international best practices.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain CRM processes, ensuring seamless integration with our global operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Marketing, and Customer Service, to drive CRM adoption and optimization.
  • Design and implement CRM KPIs, focusing on opportunity management, lead management, and activity management.
  • Provide training and support to key stakeholders, including KAMs and Sales Managers, to ensure effective CRM usage.
  • Manage local Key Users worldwide, providing first-level support, training, and controlling.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of Communication Channel Key User resources, including training manuals, lessons learned, and FAQs.
  • Support KAM/Sales Manager in defining and maintaining customer structure in CRM, aligning with SAP customer master data and customer hierarchies.
  • Implement and maintain Territory Management, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer information.
  • Collaborate with the global CRM responsible to manage CRM licenses and user access.
Your Profile:
  • Education: University degree in Sales and/or Marketing or equivalent education.
  • Experience: 3 years of working experience in Automotive IAM, preferably in an international environment.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce CRM Software.
  • IT skills, particularly SAP R/3, Business Warehouse, and Microsoft, with data analysis abilities.
  • Willingness to travel globally for meetings and trainings.
  • Fluent English skills.
  • Personality: International cross-cultural skills, good communication and presentation skills, team-oriented, and able to work independently.
