Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Market Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and executing localized marketing strategies and initiatives aligned with our Instagrid brand.

Responsibilities
  • Localized Marketing Strategies: You will collect market insights and data within key industries to shape and inform localized content and campaigns.
  • Channel Management: Identify and leverage local marketing channels to enhance market awareness and generate leads through online and offline campaigns.
  • Content Creation: Transform product positioning into compelling marketing messages, manage, create, and adapt engaging, market-specific content across various formats, including social media, email marketing, customer case studies, PR articles, and trade fair materials.
  • Sales Support: Ensure the availability of localized sales support materials, including brochures, sales decks, and other collateral.
  • Event Management: Organize and participate in trade fairs and exhibitions.
  • Performance Analysis: Manage the local marketing initiatives and budgets, and analyze the performance and effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, supported by a proven track record.
  • Experience in one of our verticals, such as construction or film&media, is a must.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, tools, and content management systems.
  • Good understanding of CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and data analytics.
  • Flexible, positive attitude with entrepreneurial hands-on drive and growth-driven spirit.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • German native is a must, as well as good proficiency in English.

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000-$110,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
