Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote our Recyda Packaging Sustainability platform to existing customers and new leads.
  • Establish strong relationships with key team members and C-suite decision makers within assigned accounts, becoming experts in helping customers derive maximum value from their Recyda investments.
  • Utilize benchmarking and ROI data to support the customer's decision process and negotiate agreements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends by reviewing and analyzing public information, such as executive appointments, earnings statements, and press releases.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and Executive teams to support deal and customer success.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of Enterprise SaaS closing experience.
  • Proven track record of consistent sales achievement, exceeding quota in previous roles.
  • Experience in selling SaaS to FMCG and/or Retail is a plus.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Commitment to understanding and addressing customer needs and challenges.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German (native or advanced professional proficiency) and English (additional language skills are beneficial).
