About the Role

The Programme Advisor will be responsible for promoting BSBI's programme portfolio to potential students via phone, email, online meetings and face-to-face interaction. The role is a vital part of the sales team and requires excellent communication skills, customer-centric approach and ability to multitask in a busy working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individually tailored advice to prospective students, adapting to different communication styles.
  • Consult students through the full application circle: from initial conversation through to finalizing and closing their application to study with BSBI.
  • Explore possible career paths for students and assertively match them with specific BSBI offerings.
  • Handle student enquiries regarding different programs and adapt to different communication needs.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
  • A proven track record of cultivating meaningful client relationships and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English (C1).
  • Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills, including professional credibility, relationship building and influence.

Estimated salary range: €40,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
