Global Business Development Specialist

BSBI is part of GUS Germany GmbH (GGG), a dynamic network of higher education institutions with more than 15,000 students at locations in Germany, Europe and beyond.
About the RoleThe Programme Advisor will be responsible for promoting BSBI's programme portfolio to potential students via phone, email, online meetings and face-to-face interaction. The role is a vital part of the sales team and requires excellent communication skills, customer-centric approach and ability to multitask in a busy working environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individually tailored advice to prospective students, adapting to different communication styles.
- Consult students through the full application circle: from initial conversation through to finalizing and closing their application to study with BSBI.
- Explore possible career paths for students and assertively match them with specific BSBI offerings.
- Handle student enquiries regarding different programs and adapt to different communication needs.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- An undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
- A proven track record of cultivating meaningful client relationships and delivering tailored solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English (C1).
- Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills, including professional credibility, relationship building and influence.
