Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Support Professional to join our team in Frankfurt. As a Technical Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our customers and installers, ensuring that they have a seamless experience with our solar energy systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers and installers via email and phone
  • Document and track customer cases in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with Enphase Field Service Technicians and Field Application Engineers
  • Utilize and maintain the support knowledge base
  • Continuously learn and improve PV knowledge
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support or equivalent educational background
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Fluency in English (minimum B2 level) and one additional language (minimum C1 level)
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Passion for the renewable energy sector
  • Proven track record of delivering against sales quota and key sales objectives
  • Process-focused, highly organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Engaging, confident, and energetic telephone personality
  • Ability to take ownership and responsibility
  • Understanding of electrical systems (electrical/PV advantageous)
  • Familiarity with MS-Office (Salesforce advantageous)
