Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key player in building our partner ecosystem, you will be responsible for driving sales of our innovative software solutions on an international basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to expand our partner network and drive revenue growth
  • Lead the sales process from lead generation to closing deals with partners, including offer creation and contract negotiations
  • Manage a pipeline of sales opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to drive sales
  • Participate in international events and trade shows to expand our market reach and partner network
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive joint activities and achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Enterprise Partner Management with a direct touch approach in key opportunities in the software industry
  • Strong networker with a solid relationship network of VARs, SIs, and other key players in the industry
  • Strong sales personality with experience in complex sales scenarios, pain-chain analysis, and value proposition definition
  • Success-oriented individual with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in German and English on a business negotiation level
  • Ability to travel up to 40% of the time
