We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager Consumer Healthcare Market Insights Specialist to join our dynamic team at STADA Arzneimittel AG. As a key member of our Consumer Healthcare Business, you will play a critical role in generating insights that drive business growth and inform strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute market research plans to identify growth opportunities and assess our company's position in the market.
- Provide in-depth analytics on strategic and important Consumer Healthcare brand topics, including competitor moves and market trends.
- Create meaningful and insightful dashboards using internal and external data sources.
- Lead primary market research projects, including defining project objectives, vendor selection, and project management.
- Contribute to process optimization, enabling cross-functional collaboration and facilitating best-practice sharing.
- Work closely with the Global Consumer Healthcare Brand team, Portfolio Management team, country marketing teams, and the Global Business Intelligence network.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, management, or a research-related discipline.
- 5-8 years of experience in Market Intelligence, Market Research, or Business Intelligence, preferably in a Consumer Healthcare company.
- Proven ability to design, conduct, and evaluate primary and secondary research in consumer healthcare, using multiple research and analytic techniques.
- Experience with data analysis (IMS, Mintel, IRI) and visualization (Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate actionable insights across multiple teams.
- Strong relationships with business stakeholders and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
