Senior Manager Consumer Healthcare Market Insights Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead our Consumer Healthcare Market Insights team. As a key member of our Business Development & M&A team, you will be responsible for generating insights that drive our Consumer Healthcare business forward.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute market research plans to support informed strategies and tactics for business impact
- Lead primary market research in assigned Consumer Healthcare categories, including project management and delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and facilitate best-practice sharing
- Provide deep dive analytics on strategic and important Consumer Healthcare brand topics
- Develop meaningful and insightful dashboards using internal and external data sources
- 5-8 years' experience in Market Intelligence, Market Research, or Business Intelligence
- Mastery of designing, conducting, and evaluating primary and secondary research in consumer healthcare
- Proven ability to effectively manage large multi-country consumer/healthcare professional primary market research projects
- Significant experience with data (IMS, Mintel, IRI) and analytics (Excel, Alteryx) and visualization (Tableau, Power BI)
- Excellent English written, verbal, and presentation skills
