About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead our Consumer Healthcare Market Insights team. As a key member of our Business Development & M&A team, you will be responsible for generating insights that drive our Consumer Healthcare business forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute market research plans to support informed strategies and tactics for business growth
  • Lead primary market research projects, including defining project objectives, vendor selection, project management, and delivering projects on time and to budget
  • Provide deep dive analytics on strategic and important Consumer Healthcare brand topics
  • Create meaningful and insightful dashboards using internal and external data sources
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Global Consumer Healthcare Brand, Portfolio Management, and country marketing teams
Requirements
  • 5-8 years of experience in Market Intelligence, Market Research, or Business Intelligence, preferably in a Consumer Healthcare company
  • Master's degree in business, marketing, management, or research-related discipline
  • Proven ability to effectively manage large multi-country consumer/healthcare professional primary market research projects
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with experience in presenting data-driven insights to cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Excel, Alteryx, and visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
