Position Overview:
As the Senior Manager for Consumer Healthcare Market Insights, you will play a pivotal role in our dynamic team, generating critical insights that drive our Consumer Healthcare (CHC) Business. As one of the fastest-growing CHC companies in Europe and ranked 7th globally, your work will be essential in understanding market dynamics, consumer preferences, competitive activities, and our company's performance, thereby supporting strategic decision-making for enhanced business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, compile, analyze, and disseminate insights related to assigned CHC categories to identify growth opportunities and evaluate our market positioning.
- Conduct in-depth analytics on significant CHC brand topics within designated categories.
- Create insightful dashboards utilizing both internal and external data sources.
- Review and critically assess CHC brand business objectives to formulate, manage, and implement market research strategies.
- Lead primary market research initiatives within assigned CHC categories, including defining project goals, vendor selection, project oversight, and timely delivery within budget.
- Facilitate continuous process improvement, fostering cross-functional collaboration and sharing best practices.
- Collaborate closely with the Global CHC Brand team, CHC Portfolio Management, country marketing teams, and the Global Business Intelligence network.
Candidate Profile:
- A degree in business, marketing, management, or a research-related field.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in Market Intelligence, Market Research, or Business Intelligence, preferably within a market research agency or a Consumer Healthcare organization.
- Expertise in designing, executing, and evaluating primary and secondary research in consumer healthcare to derive actionable insights through various research and analytical methods.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale multi-country consumer/healthcare professional primary market research projects and effectively communicating insights across teams.
- Significant experience with data analytics tools (IMS, Mintel, IRI) and visualization software (Excel, Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of the media/digital landscape and its application in shaping consumer insights.
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficient in building strong relationships across teams and markets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
