Job Title: Grid Code Compliance Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Grid Code Compliance Specialist to join our team at Nordex Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring that our wind turbines and wind farms comply with the latest grid code requirements.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of grid code requirements and their impact on our products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products and services meet the latest grid code standards.
  • Design and implement test plans to validate grid code compliance.
  • Analyze test data to identify areas for improvement and optimize our products and services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including grid operators and regulatory bodies.

Your Profile:

  • M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering/Power Systems or B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering/Power Systems or similar.
  • Experience with grid code requirements and compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of power systems and grid operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent English spoken and written. Spanish and/or German is a plus.
