We are seeking a highly skilled Grid Code Compliance Specialist to join our Windfarm Control Operations team within Global Project Management.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Perform and evaluate Grid Code compliance tests, analyzing test data to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Support Grid Code compliance and Grid connection throughout the sales and project phases.
- Develop a deep understanding of Nordex products to assess Grid Code compliance and optimize processes.
- Collaborate with clients' experts to design project-specific testing and solutions.
- Gain experience in windfarm controller projects and contribute to the development of internal product specifications.
Your Profile
- University degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- Experience in Grid Code Testing with Wind Farm projects and test cases in Grid Code Testing Procedures.
- Strong knowledge of Grid Code compliance on power plant level and software details.
- Experience with data analysis, tools, and automation is valuable.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with fluency in English and Spanish/German a plus.
- Certificate to act as an electrically skilled person is helpful.
- Ability to travel for business (5-10%).
