About the Role

Festo Corporation is seeking a highly skilled National Key Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and maximize Festo's market share in key accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze key accounts to identify opportunities for growth and develop tailored sales plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to drive business results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and projects.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Negotiate and manage local and international contracts to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Technical degree in Electric Automation, Process Engineering, or Mechatronics.
  • Postgraduate study in Technical Business or Business Administration is a plus.
  • Fluent language skills in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM Tools, SharePoint, SAP, and BO.
  • 3-5 years of external experience in sales and/or project management.
  • Basic knowledge of the industry segment area.
