Global Key Account Manager Amazon Europe

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Key Account Manager to join our team at Festo. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with major customers, including Amazon.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a global account strategy for Amazon Europe, focusing on maximizing direct and indirect turnover and market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at Amazon, identifying and addressing their needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies, including contract and price negotiations.
- Support the development of solution concepts and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Lead and manage international contract and price negotiations, ensuring successful outcomes for Festo.
- Ensure close cooperation with Festo companies and headquarters, driving alignment and consistency across the organization.
- Develop and manage measures to drive client satisfaction and loyalty, focusing on the EMEA and DACH regions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in international sales, with a strong track record of customer development and contract negotiations.
- Business relationships and experience with engineering and development departments at customer Amazon's OEMs/sub-suppliers in Europe.
- Prior experience in acquisition of projects and revenue responsibility, as well as managerial skills.
- Business language fluency in English, German, and further languages advantageous.
- Distinctive consulting focus, interpersonal and persuasive skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and intercultural collaboration.
- Willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
