Festo Corporation is seeking a highly skilled National Key Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to maximize Festo's market share with national key accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze key accounts to identify opportunities for growth and develop account management plans to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Negotiate and manage local and international contracts to ensure maximum cooperation and alignment with Festo's goals.
- Technical degree in Electric Automation, Process Engineering, or Mechatronics.
- Postgraduate study in Technical Business or Business Administration is a plus.
- Fluent language skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM Tools, SharePoint, SAP, and BO.
- 3-5 years of external experience in sales and/or project management.
- 2+ years of experience in Festo.
- Basic knowledge of the industry segment area.
