Position Summary: The role involves planning, managing, enhancing, and overseeing sales operations for national key accounts and complex customer relationships. This is achieved through collaborative selling efforts within the designated area to optimize Festo's market share within these key accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough analyses of key accounts to identify current and future revenue opportunities for Festo through indirect channels, focusing on production facilities and long-term investment strategies.
  • Assess customer requirements and formulate account management strategies, coordinating the execution of these plans through team collaboration.
  • Devise mid- to long-term strategies for key accounts, emphasizing technology standardization, customer relationships, and bespoke product development.
  • Ensure the attainment of established sales objectives for assigned key accounts.
  • Monitor revenue trends and implement corrective measures as necessary.
  • Negotiate local agreements and prepare for the execution of international contracts.
  • Oversee and assist with international projects associated with key accounts.
  • Facilitate maximum collaboration among account teams and with other departments within Festo, both nationally and internationally.
  • Establish and maintain essential tools such as Mosaic, Share Points, and project databases.
  • Drive marketing initiatives tailored to specific customers.
  • Analyze the complete buying center and foster multi-level customer relationship management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in a technical field (Electric Automation, Process Engineering, or Mechatronics preferred).
  • Postgraduate qualifications in Technical Business or Business Administration are advantageous.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Experience with MS Office, CRM systems, SharePoint, SAP, and BO.
  • 3-5 years of relevant external experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience within Festo.
  • Fundamental understanding of the industry segment relevant to the assigned key account.
  • Experience in direct sales and/or project management within sales organizations.
