Logistics Tech Expert

We're on the lookout for an ambitious individual to join our dynamic team in Munich, Hamburg, Nuremberg, or Duisburg. As a Logistics Tech Expert, you'll be working closely with our engineering team to develop innovative logistics solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting product development by contributing to the product backlog and collaborating with engineers to ensure deliverables meet acceptance criteria and business objectives.
- Assisting in the implementation of agile project management frameworks, focusing on user experience.
- Outlining user journeys and processes, and creating UX mockups aligned with our corporate identity.
In addition to these tasks, you may also have the opportunity to engage with users, gather data, and provide insights for decision-making. If you're passionate about logistics and technology, this could be your chance to make a meaningful impact.

The Ideal CandidateTo succeed in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in management, information technology, logistics, sales and marketing, or a related field, with excellent academic results.
- Exceptional time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
- A fast learning pace, analytical skills, and a structured approach to work.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Nice-to-have skills include initial professional experience in startups, consulting firms, or other fast-paced environments, as well as proficiency in German (C1 level or native fluency).
Salary & BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary, estimated around €35,000 - €45,000 per year, depending on your qualifications and location. You'll also enjoy a range of benefits, including complimentary beverages, top-notch coffee, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
