We are seeking a skilled Luxury Sales Consultant to join our team at Mytheresa Store in Munich. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in exceeding customer expectations and building long-term relationships.

About the Role

  • You will support and advise national and international customers on luxury products, leveraging your product and brand knowledge to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • You will work collaboratively with the team to achieve store goals, representing Mytheresa with professionalism and customer-centricity.

Your Qualifications

  • You possess relevant professional experience in luxury or high-end retail environments, with excellent communication skills and strong customer orientation.
  • You are enthusiastic, flexible, and passionate about luxury fashion, with a strong ability to work in a team environment.
  • Very good verbal knowledge of German is essential, with good English skills and/or other language skills being a plus (e.g., Arabic, Chinese, or Russian).

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary of €40,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Up to 32 days of holiday, depending on length of service, starting with 28 days.
