About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Enablement Manager to join our team at Awin AG. As a Sales Enablement Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales teams with administrative tasks, presentations, benchmarks, sector analysis, publisher recommendations, sharing best practices, and improving quality and efficiency across the entire sales organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain high-quality presentation pitches for the sales teams.
  • Assess lead quality and assign leads to sales teams, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Support the sales team with benchmarking, gap analysis, and publisher recommendations for pitches, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Manage, update, and continuously review sales documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide administrative support for ad-hoc tasks and prioritize effectively, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Contribute to improving quality and efficiency across sales teams, driving business excellence.
  • Share best practices across sales teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Requirements
  • Good standard of academic achievement (Degree).
  • Confidence in dealing with people and interacting via telephone and emails with clients.
  • Exude a friendly and professional manner with confidence working with people at all levels.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly organized and able to juggle several tasks simultaneously.
  • Impeccable attention to detail.
  • Excellent computer literacy, including MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to quickly acquire new skills.
