Business Development Representative

We're seeking a charismatic Business Development Representative to join our team at Dive Solutions GmbH. As a Business Development Representative, you'll engage with clients across diverse engineering sectors, harness various acquisition channels, and drive growth. We value curiosity, resilience, and ambition, and we're looking for someone who can bring their engineering expertise to the forefront of business development.
Your Responsibilities- You'll forge trusting relationships with clients, leveraging your strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- You'll contribute to the development of effective marketing campaigns and streamline revenue operations' processes.
- You'll provide market insights to inform product management decisions, fostering market responsiveness.
- You'll work closely with our account executives to facilitate seamless transitions and drive growth.
- You'll engage in structured discussions with CAE engineers, showcasing your passion, curiosity, and technological understanding.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field.
- Captivating storytelling ability to engage customers and handle objections.
- Proficiency in German and English language.
- A calm personality, disciplined work ethic, competitive and results-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and a commitment to continuous self-improvement.
