About KnowBe4

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities within the Mid-Market segment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of business opportunities through various prospecting methods, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement.
  • Articulate the value proposition of KnowBe4's suite of products and educate customers on how our solutions can improve their business's human firewall.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough records of sales statistics and performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the IT or cybersecurity industry.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher education equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
