The Opportunity:

As a Sales Leader, you'll be responsible for managing a team of Account Managers in the Enterprise space, working closely with Solution Sales Specialists and the broader Adobe DX matrix. Your primary focus will be on securing Adobe's existing business and developing new growth opportunities by building value propositions, creating awareness, and driving revenue.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Retain and expand your team's book of business, meeting or exceeding quarterly quotas.
  • Collaborate across the business to develop the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy, from software sales to services and delivery.
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to align on objectives and achieve renewal, upsell, and cross-sell goals.
  • Deliver accurate team forecasting and lead a diverse, world-class team of sales account managers.
  • Ensure team delivery on Account Management objectives and drive best-in-class key deliverables, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and customer adoption.
  • Identify and lead key initiatives to up-level the performance of the organization.
  • Coach and mentor individual team members to address skill gaps and drive top-level performance.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role leading teams that support SaaS organizations.
  • 10+ years of overall experience in software selling, with a hybrid of experience selling software and services ideal.
  • Experience selling to CIOs, CDOs, and CMOs, particularly in the automotive and manufacturing industries, is highly valued.
  • Knowledge of large, complex sales models and prior experience selling emerging technologies is highly desired.
  • Experience developing individual contributors and helping them achieve success in their roles is essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German, as well as interpersonal skills, problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent related experience is required.
