Job Title: Enterprise Sales Team Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Team Manager to lead our sales team in Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals, developing and executing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed quota responsibility
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop sales plans
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the network security industry and Fortinet's products and services
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales leadership, with a track record of success in managing high-performing sales teams
  • Extensive knowledge of the network security industry and Fortinet's products and services
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to analyze complex sales data and develop actionable insights
  • Strong business acumen and ability to develop and execute sales strategies

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field, MBA preferred
